Outside of his professional work, Andrew maintains a passion for performance and precision. He is an avid automotive enthusiast with a focus on off-road Jeep builds, drag racing, and time attack driving. He enjoys golf, firearms, and hiking, and spends time in destinations such as Moab, Utah for premier off-road events, Tulum, Mexico for family retreats, and the Tail of the Dragon for curated driving experiences with close friends.

 Alec McEuen serves as Director of Building & Structures at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing over a decade of combined experience as both an independent adjuster and public adjuster, along with 10 years of dedicated appraisal experience.

His rare dual-perspective background provides a comprehensive understanding of estimating from both the carrier and policyholder side, allowing him to approach each loss with balance, clarity, and objectivity. Alec is known for his ability to efficiently evaluate damages, define scope, and deliver fair, well-supported valuations that withstand scrutiny.

With a disciplined and unbiased approach, Alec consistently navigates complex structural claims with precision and professionalism.

Outside of his professional work, Alec enjoys performing stand-up comedy in South Florida, golfing, building and working on cars, and competing as a Pro-Am drift driver.

Griffin Beesley serves as Director of Motor Vehicles at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing a rare combination of technical mastery and appraisal expertise. As an automotive and truck master technician and former Lead Automotive Technician at Lenny’s Auto Shop in Lake Worth, Florida, Griffin possesses a deep, hands-on understanding of vehicle systems, performance modifications, and repair methodologies.

In addition to his technical background, Griffin brings over 10 years of experience in adjusting and appraisal across residential property, commercial property, heavy equipment, and automotive losses. This diverse experience allows him to approach vehicle valuations with a comprehensive, real-world perspective—bridging the gap between mechanical accuracy and market value.

Griffin is known for his ability to evaluate everything from standard production vehicles to highly modified and exotic builds. From a stock Toyota Corolla to classic muscle cars and twin-turbo Lamborghini platforms, he delivers precise, defensible valuations with confidence and credibility.

Outside of his professional work, Griffin is deeply immersed in automotive culture. He enjoys building and swapping engines—particularly Mazda Miatas—often preparing vehicles just days before embarking on cross-country road trips to the Tail of the Dragon with close friends. A true purist at heart, he maintains a strong preference for carbureted performance over modern fuel injection.

Stacy Heymann serves as the Director of Agriculture for True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing more than two decades of leadership, customer service, and operational management experience across the insurance, business development, and entrepreneurial sectors. With a strong background in all-lines field adjusting, estimating, and client relations, Stacy plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring clients receive responsive, professional service throughout the appraisal and claims process.

Stacy has extensive experience working in the insurance industry as an independent all-lines field adjuster and estimator, with proficiency in both Xactimate and Symbility. Her experience includes on-site inspections, photo documentation, diagram creation, estimate preparation, and operational training. In addition to her insurance background, Stacy has successfully owned and operated several businesses focused on customer experience, sales strategy, marketing, and event services — giving her a well-rounded approach to leadership and client communication.

Known for her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to service, Stacy helps ensure that every file is handled with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her eight children and grandchildren, baking, and pursuing creative projects and event design.

Ian Klaity serves as Director of Marine & Vessel Surveys at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing over 15 years of experience in marine surveying, property claims, and appraisal. As the son of Steve Klaity, owner of South Florida Marine Surveyors Inc., Ian was introduced to the marine industry at an early age—working alongside his father, who has nearly five decades of experience in vessel surveying and marine operations.

Ian is a SAMS-accredited marine surveyor and a licensed yacht broker with Gilman Yachts of South Florida. His dual expertise in both the technical and transactional aspects of the marine industry provides him with a comprehensive understanding of vessel condition, valuation, and market dynamics.

In addition to his marine background, Ian has extensive experience handling residential and commercial property claims, including significant catastrophe exposure across both marine and property losses. He also spent five years as a personal lines manager and desk adjuster with Prodigy Assurance Adjusters, further strengthening his ability to evaluate claims from both field and operational perspectives.

Ian is known for his ability to assess complex marine and property losses with precision, delivering accurate, defensible valuations in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.

Outside of his professional work, Ian enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid fisherman and spearfisherman, frequently traveling to the Florida Keys to fish with his family.

 Skyler Ewers serves as Director of Heavy Equipment & Off-Road at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing a strong foundation of technical knowledge and real-world experience across heavy equipment, off-road machinery, and vehicle appraisal. As the grandson of Randal Ewers of Access Claims—who brings over 40 years of industry experience—Skyler was immersed in the field from an early age, gaining hands-on exposure and developing a deep understanding of equipment, valuation, and claims operations.

Having spent his formative years working alongside and learning directly from a seasoned industry expert, Skyler developed an intuitive grasp of heavy equipment, farm machinery, and off-road assets. This early mentorship, combined with his own professional experience, allows him to approach complex equipment losses with confidence, accuracy, and practical insight.

Skyler brings experience across heavy equipment, off-road vehicles, automotive appraisals, and over five years of commercial and residential claim and appraisal work. His background enables him to effectively evaluate a wide range of losses—from agricultural and construction equipment to specialized off-road and recreational assets—delivering precise, well-supported valuations.

Raised in a rural Wisconsin community, Skyler is no stranger to the demands and realities of heavy equipment and agricultural operations. This firsthand familiarity translates directly into his ability to assess equipment condition, usage, and value in real-world contexts.

Outside of his professional work, Skyler enjoys spending time with friends and is an avid BMW enthusiast.

 Chris Sanchez serves as Director of Contents at True Value Loss Appraisers, specializing in the valuation of personal and business property across a wide range of loss scenarios. From everyday household items to highly specialized assets, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of contents valuation—covering virtually anything within or outside a structure that is not part of the building itself.

Known for his adaptability and depth of knowledge, Chris has a unique ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise across diverse categories of contents. This allows him to deliver accurate, well-supported valuations regardless of the complexity or specificity of the items involved.

His precision, resourcefulness, and commitment to detail make him a critical asset in ensuring that contents losses are properly identified, documented, and valued.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with friends, building cars, and firearms.

 Spencer Orgel serves as Rotorcraft Director at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing a uniquely diversified background and a disciplined, results-driven approach to complex asset valuation. With over six years of professional experience as a helicopter pilot, complemented by credentials as a commercial drone operator and Class A commercial driver, Spencer offers rare, firsthand operational insight into both aviation and commercial automotive sectors.  

His professional foundation is further strengthened by six years of service as a Combat Medic with the Florida Army National Guard, where precision, decisiveness, and accountability were paramount. Spencer’s experience extends into the mortgage industry and broader appraisal environments, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of asset valuation, risk assessment, and client-focused solutions across multiple industries.  

At True Value Loss Appraisers, Spencer specializes in aviation and commercial automotive claims, where his technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail ensure accurate, defensible valuations. Known for his efficiency, leadership, and deep industry knowledge, he plays a critical role in delivering high-integrity results while maintaining strong client confidence. As Rotorcraft Director, he oversees specialized evaluations and contributes to operational excellence across the organization.

  Outside of his professional responsibilities, Spencer leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. He is currently restoring a 1967 Mustang and enjoys travel, hunting, fishing, and camping. An accomplished horseman in both English and Western disciplines, he also participates in multi-gun competitions and holds an Advanced Open Water scuba certification. Whether on land, sea, or in the air, Spencer brings the same level of passion and precision to his pursuits as he does to his work. 

 Chris Toutt serves as Director of Aviation & Aerospace at True Value Loss Appraisers, bringing over a decade of experience within the aviation industry. His career with GA Telesis spans technical operations, production planning, contract management, and executive-level customer relations—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of aircraft components, repair processes, and aviation logistics.

Beginning as a technician and advancing through roles as Master Scheduler, Contracts Manager, and Director of Customer Relations, Chris has developed a full-spectrum perspective of the aerospace lifecycle. This progression enables him to evaluate aviation-related losses with precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of both technical and commercial considerations.

Chris is recognized for his ability to assess complex losses, manage high-value assets, and deliver clear, defensible valuations in time-sensitive environments.

Outside of his professional work, Chris enjoys traveling with his family, skiing in Vail, and has a strong appreciation for German performance vehicles.
